We Remain Open For Physiotherapy
Following the Scottish Government’s latest announcement that the Scottish mainland will be placed into Level 4 from Boxing Day, we would like to inform you that Physiotherapy is classified as essential healthcare. We will therefore remain open for Physiotherapy.
If you are in need of Physiotherapy we can help you. You can make an appointment as normal (through our website or by telephone). We can offer face to face appointments or virtual appointments.
We are following guidance from our governing body the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Scottish Government and as always throughout the coronavirus pandemic will adapt to any changes in their guidance if and when this happens.
Massage Therapy
Unfortunately we cannot offer massage therapy appointments whilst we are in Level 4. If you have a massage appointment booked with us we will be in touch in due course to re-schedule this for you. We will be monitoring the situation and will update you when we can offer this service again.
Pilates
Our Pilates classes remain online for now and we have a new block starting on 11th January 2021. If you are interested in signing up to this please visit our recent blog for more information on how to do so.

- Christmas Day : Closed
- Saturday 26th : Closed
- Monday 28th: Open 09.00-16.00
- Tuesday 29th: Open 09.00 – 1600
- Wednesday 30th: Open 09.00 – 16.00
- Thursday 31st: Closed
- Friday 1st: Closed
- Saturday 2nd: Closed
- Monday 4th: Open “normal” service resumes
