Physiotherapy, Massage and 1:1 Pilates Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you give us more than 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment price. If you do not turn up for a booked appointment you may be charged the full price of your appointment.
Patients under 16 years old:
We request that patients who are under 16 years old are accompanied by an adult throughout the duration of their appointment.
Privacy Policy
You are required to read and accept our Privacy Policy in order to use any of our services. Our Privacy Policy details how we are required to hold and use your personal information in order for you to use our services.
Insurance Patients
If your insurance company is paying for your treatment with us then you must provide us with your Membership Number and Authorisation Code prior to your first appointment. If you do not have this information at your first appointment you will be charged directly for that appointment.
Pilates Classes:
Payment:
Pilates classes are sold as a block booking. This will vary between 5 weeks and 10 weeks depending not the time of year. Regrettably, refunds cannot be made for missed individual classes. Payment must be made to confirm your booking. If you do not wish to pay via online banking then please contact the clinic and we can arrange for payment to be made by card or cash in clinic.
Pilates Registration Form
Everyone must complete our Pilates Registration form prior to attending their first class. You must inform us of any changes to your general health that may affect your participation in the class. We may advise you to have a 1:1 assessment before our first class if there are any aspects of your general health that may limit your ability to participate in the class. If you are unsure, we are more than happy to discuss this with you before you make payment for your booking.
We will ask you to check and update your details every 6 months.
Cancellation Policy
If a block booking is cancelled by a class participant within 3 days notice or less to the block starting, refunds cannot be given. If more than 3 days notice is given then payment will be refunded. Please note that all cancellations are subject to a 30% admin fee. If a class has to be cancelled by the instructor, an extra class may be offered or refunds for that session will be given.
What if I can’t make a class?
After the block of classes has commenced, no refunds will be given for cancelled or missed classes. We will endeavour to arrange a swap to another class if you inform us in advance (more than 24 hours) that you are unable to make a class in the block. We cannot guarantee this however as class sizes are small and classes are often fully booked. Missed classes cannot be carried over to subsequent blocks.

Although we cannot give you specific physiotherapy advice on your individual condition during classes, we can give you more comprehensive Pilates advice as professional Physiotherapists. If you are looking for a fuller assessment of a condition or regarding Pilates, a one-to-one session can be arranged.
