Linda joins us after working for over 25 years in a specialist running shop (Run and Become) where friendly customer service was at the heart of the business. She has spent years advising runners/walkers on the correct footwear for them and loved getting to know the customers and hearing their stories. Likes to keep active going for longish walks and stretching/conditioning exercises. Also loves trying to grow vegetables, doing crafts and cryptic crosswords.

I have been going to Cliodhna for deep tissue massages every two weeks for the past few months and she is absolutely excellent, listens to you, very calming, doesn't make you do 25 stretches before or after it, just takes you as you are and leaves you gradually feeling pain free! I had a knot on my trap the size of Mars and by the third session I felt it was non existent! Not only is the massage functional and helps relieve pain, it's also relaxing and you feel you are in very capable hands and she genuinely cares. Thank you Cliodhna!
