Pilates Remains Online at ProMOTION Physiotherapy
Our online Pilates classes have proved a huge success and we will continue with another 5 week block which will commence on Monday 13th July 2020.
Why Take Part in Online Pilates with ProMOTION Physiotherapy?
Pilates is a great form of exercise which helps build strength, improve flexibility and aid relaxation. Our online classes are presented by experienced Physiotherapists who teach a modified form of Pilates. These exercises are safe and enjoyable and there are plenty of options so that you can work at a level that suits you. While there are still restrictions on group exercise indoors our online Pilates classes are a great way to improve your fitness!
How does it work?
We run the online classes in blocks of 5. Each week a new pilates class is emailed to you. You can take part in the class at a time that suits you and you can repeat it as many times as you like during the block.
An online class is around 45 minutes long. Plenty of options are given so you can do the class at a level which suits you.
You have the option to sign up to our “All Levels Pilates Class” or “Intermediate Pilates Class”. If you are unsure what level may suit you then email us and we will be happy to advise and answer any questions you may have.
