About the Role:
You will work with a varied caseload of primarily musculoskeletal patients in a private practice setting. With guidance and mentorship from experienced clinicians, you will develop your assessment, treatment, and clinical reasoning skills while gaining valuable experience in all aspects of private practice.
As a key member of a small and motivated team, you will also play a hands-on role in supporting the day-to-day running of the clinic.

- Is eager to continually develop their clinical skills, including manual therapy skills and become an accomplished physiotherapist
- Enjoys learning in their free time and takes ownership of their professional development

- Is keen to work some evenings and weekends to meet patient demand

Massage Therapist (Self-Employed)
The Role
As a Massage Therapist at ProMOTION Physiotherapy, you will provide professional, high-quality massage treatments to clients seeking help with muscular tension, recovery, injury rehabilitation, and general wellbeing.
You will work alongside our physiotherapists to support patient care, helping clients feel better, move better, and recover more effectively. We are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional massage treatments tailored to individual client needs
Support clients with muscular tension, recovery, injury management, and relaxation
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists when appropriate to support patient care
Maintain clear and accurate treatment notes
Create a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for all clients
Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals
About You
Qualified Massage Therapist (e.g., Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, or equivalent)
Relevant professional insurance
Passionate about helping people feel and move better
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Friendly, welcoming, and able to put clients at ease
Able to work independently while also being a **team player**
Comfortable working in a clinical environment alongside physiotherapists
