COVID 19 Safety Procedures
We continue to have a number of safety protocols in place during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our priority is your safety and the safety of our staff.
What to expect when you attend the clinic:
If this is your first appointment at ProMOTION Physiotherapy we will email you our patient registration form which we request you fill out prior to attending your first appointment. This email will outline what to expect when you attend the clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic. We ask that you do not attend if you have any symptoms of coronavirus or have been advised to isolate under current government guidance.
We request that you wear a face-covering throughout your appointment unless you are exempt.
To reduce crowding in the reception area we ask that you arrive at your appointment time. The door is locked and a member of the team will welcome you in at your appointment time.
Our rooms are well ventilated and all surfaces and equipment are wiped down with anti-viral wipes after each patient.
Our physiotherapists and massage therapists will be wearing type IIR face coverings.
